Training session to prevent and detect violence among adolescents
July 3, 2025
As part of our social commitment to improving young people's well-being, the Probitas Foundation has organized a training session attended by 35 educators from the ‘Dinem Junts’ program. This type of annual session is a key space for strengthening the quality of the program through continuous educator training, the exchange of experiences, and the incorporation of new pedagogical tools.
The educators in the ‘Dinem Junts’ program play a crucial role in supporting young people in vulnerable situations, helping them in their personal and social development throughout the school year.

Educate to prevent and transform realities
The training session, held under the title “Beyond Conflict: The Comprehensive Approach to Violence”, focused on the prevention and early detection of violence among adolescents. Throughout the event, the importance of creating safe and protective spaces was emphasized, while also promoting social awareness about this issue, in line with the principles set forth in the Comprehensive Law for the Protection of Children and Adolescents against Violence.
During the training, delivered by the Health and Emotional Education team (SEER), educators explored practical and theoretical approaches to preventing violence, with special attention to protective factors that strengthen the safety and well-being of young people. The training also adopted a salutogenic perspective, focusing on enhancing resources such as trustful relationships, safe spaces, and personal skills. Through a participatory workshop, they gained tools to better understand conflicts and to support each young person in a close and preventive manner.
